The European Union Road Federation (ERF), the Confederation of International Contractors’ Associations (CICA), the French Federation for Public Works (FNTP), Routes de France and FIEC have joined forces to produce a benchmark study entitled "Mobility and Recovery in Europe: Impacts of the Covid-19 crisis". Amongst other things, the study screens national recovery and resilience plans with respect to public expenditure for transport infrastructure.
