ECTP has the pleasure to welcome a new applicant organisation, which membership will be formally endorsed by the upcoming ECTP General Assembly on 19 June 2024.

BUILT CoLAB is a private non-profit association that aims to develop research, innovation, and knowledge transfer activities, with a view to increasing productivity, competitiveness, and sustainable growth of the Ecosystem of the AEC sector – Architecture, Engineering, and Construction, promoting the digital and ecological transformation of buildings and infrastructures, making them adaptable, intelligent, resilient and sustainable. It is composed by 20 associates that represent the Portuguese AEC with the largest construction companies, universities, design offices, research centres, and the construction-related clusters (AEC and Railway). It is the reference knowledge and competence centre in Portugal for the built environment. It develops applied research, policy making, training, and any other activity that is oriented for the twin-transition.
