ECTP and its Committees have developed their Position Papers for the 9th Framework Programme covering the period 2021-2027, Horizon Europe.

At a time of brainstorming what is to be the future RDI over the next 10 years, the common views and objectives developed in the scope of ECTP have to serve as a starting point for future networking and R&D cooperation that will develop solutions helping to overcome societal challenges and to ensure that the construction industrial sector will, in the long-term, secure its competitiveness and sustainability, whilst the built environment (both buildings and infrastructures) will provide secure, safe and smart living places for all citizens in Europe.

As such, the renewed ECTP moto is: "Making Europe the most comfortable place in the world".
