This initiative will set out the EU’s global climate and energy strategy for 2025-2029, in view of the upcoming UN Climate Change Conference (COP30) in Brazil and beyond (more information here).

It outlines the means to step up EU green diplomacy and for engaging more with non-EU countries on external aspects of EU policies.
