Experts from renewable energy associations, research centers and country representatives joined a tour of the Berlin Adlershof Technology Park.

The Implementation Working Group on Energy Efficiency in Buildings (IWG5) organised its first Study Tour on 4 July in Berlin. The purpose of the IWG5 Buildings’ tour was for the participants to learn about new technology and designs that increase the sustainability of buildings. The key technologies featured in the tour were façade-integrated PV, an on-site district cooling system, rainwater management and building greening. IWG5 Buildings will next organise a free and open Study Tour in the summer of 2024. The location and date will be announced in the coming months.
