IWG5Buildings White Paper on Energy-efficient buildings as job-creation motor (skills)

The IWG5 Buildings task force 6 has published a new White Paper on Energy-efficient buildings as job-creation motor.
The document prioritizes a skills-centric strategy to address the critical challenges of transitioning the construction industry towards a sustainable, low-carbon future. By focusing on upskilling, training, and knowledge development, it emphasizes Equality and Certainty as foundational principles. These dual pathways create a robust framework for equipping the workforce with the competencies needed to meet the energy challenges of decarbonisation. This methodology not only supports transformative change but also ensures alignment with the evolving requirements of the Implementation Plan.
